20th May 2007: Mark Griffen raised £150 for his favourite charities one of which was DISH at the Lions Grafham Water sponsored walk.

24th June 2007: Trustees Chris Evans, Keith Millen and Mark Griffen set up the DISH stall at the Rotary Club event "Tea in the Trees". They introduced the "Wheelchair Challenge" in which Mark (a wheelchair user) invited members of the public to try out an obstacle course using a wheelchair. It proved to be great fun.

28th June 2007 RAF Wyton "Healthy Living Day". Trustee Jane Curr and DISH member Pauline Denham brought the DISH information stand to this event arranged for the 3,000 staff working on the base. The display attracted the attention of many who were either disabled themselves or who were carers.

7th July 2007: Gala Day in Godmanchester was the next venue for the DISH stall. This time the trustees Chris Evans and Mark Griffen were assisted by DISH part-timers Gill Taylor, Jackie Newman and Olly Cooper (with his labrador puppy Nora). The "Wheelchair Challenge" was turned into a time trial. The winner was Terry-Anne Walker with a time of 22 seconds. Her prize of four cinema tickets was contributed by CineWorld. The Police contingent (see below) tried but couldn't keep up with Terry-Anne's quick getaway!
