The volunteer bureaux organise car schemes to help elderly or disabled people unable to use public transport. A door to door service is offered to take people shopping, visit the dentist/doctors and other needs. The bureaux also place people wishing to work as volunteers in agencies that need help.

Provides support and advice to people with brain injuries, their families and carers. Activities held at Headway House. The centre has a charity shop, resource room and kitchen for the demonstration/tuition of a range of aids.
